Buzz, the answer is yes.

The longer cycles within the current 4.5Y cycle need to be running long for my phasing to be valid. Airedale and I had a back and forth on this last August and I posted my rationale for long running 9M and 18M cycles in message #27986. This is why, back in August, I was looking for the 4.5Y low to occur as late as February 08, and take out the August low.
