The preferred are dead and will never come back.

if someone still has those in their account, that is because the brokers don't know and don't care about them.

The preferred were great for someone that would want a few billion shares.

You could have bought 1 or maybe 2 billion shares at 0.0001

But if you wanted 10 to 15 billion shares, then you needed the preferred to buy a few billion shares (7?) at 0.00015 and the rest at 0.0001 at market or from the CD holder.

All we can do is wait until the restriction ends, and then cross our fingers and hope Salami and Winnick will want to make money again.

At least we've been told that there is NO DEBT and the Diferred Tax Asset is above $0.0001 per share.
