Valuation of TFNG is $2.9/0.154 = $18.83 Million


...considering that 15.4% stake BKMP has in TFNG.

TFNG valued at less than $20 million !!! LOL

If anyone could buy BKMP at $0.0001 PPS, below the value of the Diferred Tax Assets, he could write off that 0.0001x Diferred Tax Asset Value, and get 15.4% of TFNG for FREE, and still make some profits out of the deal. LOL

My opinion (and I'm 110% convinced) is that someone already owns or controls at least 50% of BKMP through restricted and common stock.
