No, I don't find it odd. I possed questions of that nature here, and it seems to me a proper place. After all, this is a developing company, and if one is an investor, the question is appropiate.
What I found odd is the way in which he expressed himself, using words such as "download", and saying he had to wait fifteen minutes. Had he said that he was having problems with buffering issues, and that his playing of the movie was being interrupted, then, his complain would have rung true. Exactly what his problem was, I don't know. But he certainly had a very hard time giving a resonable explanation. That made it seem like he was bashing.
