There is no downloading. How can anybody invest in this company and even use the terminology? It is high quality streaming technology at work. There are a lot of complaints one could make about the system not working right which would have been believable. But what you claim and how you express it clearly indicates that you do not know what you are talking about. If you had one of the problem that one could realistically have, someone here or ReelTime support could quickly help you resolve most issues. But a claim that it took you fifteen minutes to download is just not believable. It is obvious to those of us who use the product on a regular basis that what you are saying is just not possible. Good luck next time, and if you want to bash, you might as well do some research first, and make it reasonable.
