Yes, and it could still happen, but when the TA and FA don't jive obey the TA, when the plan was laid out, $1.20 was the stop and the next entry with a stop around $.85 (search the WAVX thread for the details). Got to follow the plan. I till think that a $.10 risk for a buck or so reward (since in order to force conversion the stock will have to go substantially above $1.91) is a rational risk, particularly in view of the fact that I took a cushion on my earlier trade, so no loss on WAVX on this particular gambit.
