tryoty: Couldn't agree more. The secret is to understand what you can no longer do and concentrate on what you can do. Instead of doing, you teach others to do. In every aspect of our lives, business and personal, you learn what does and does not work and that information can be invaluable to others so they don't have to learn by failure. I strongly believe that ERHE is on the right path although from a selfish point of view I do wish the speed was greater. We will get there.

Not to argue you point Try, but after the CC I got the total opposite feeling. These investigations "could" linger on for years. Even if no charges or evidence could be produced. If the powers at be want a cloud of shiite over us, thats the way it will be.

So is the company going to go without proper management for years? Doubtfull IMO. They also basically said smaller properties are out of reach. So is Offor going to waste the excitement and anticipation of drilling because of these circumstances.....? Can't see it.

I think these circumstances are pushing him into a JV or partnership. Offor obviously wants upside, why gamble it all remaining as we are? I think he'd be risking more in not doing anything.

Time will tell.
