The paper is unclear on the heparin exclusion. It says:

“The exclusion criteria were, among others… treatment with heparin exceeding 10,000 IU/day low-molecular-weight heparin…”<

What’s unclear is what eligibility restriction, if any, was placed on prior use of unfractionated heparin.
