Dos, I think it might be a good direction to ask the Russian Consulate(Consulate that wrote back to me inquiring about AURC),I would ask them to call and ask some questions that we put together.I think TsNIGRI will respond when the Russian Consulate calls them.Just a thought, They are here representing their Country so the least they can do is justify a homeland corporation thats performing a service to a company thats selling stock to Americans.Just a Thought, let me know what you think.
