All the leases paid in cash? That just doesn't sound right to me. Sounds like miscommunication. I can't imagine "ALL" of the leases being bought with cash. Maybe just the latest small leases.

My best educated guess is that the 'seller' is whoever bought the original 504 shares issued beginning in Sept. '06, of which was probably around 30M shares. Considering the total volume over the last 1.5 years, and the overall chart swings, this would make more sense than anything else I can put my finger on.

Question is, how many of those 30M shares do they still have left, after 1.5 years?

Anyone wanna figure out what the total volume has been over the last 1.5 years?
