I suspected so from the beginning, but the benchmarks have more or less backed me up.

In fact, the benchmarks indicate that games run rather pitifully in a 64-bit OS. Although, I recognize that software can improve considerably from alpha to production, and I expect the final results to be close to the range I mentioned.
