Yup there's the most positive thing about the wait.. a scam would be dumping into the float.. It just plain hasn't happened.. And due to the delay, if it was, it would crash so badly the whole set-up for a scam would crash right along with them..

So, we wait.. With Marc and his international recognition/reputation status on the line too..

Not just simple pinky scam here, with Marc in the boat, if it was a scam,, it would be a world news event..

companies can do anything and everything, dilution is possible considering they can allocate shares which hasnt been cut. i.e. 100m but only 50 mil cut. Fundraising can be done through the selling of restricted paper which is not divulged and sold at a discount. May sell may not pending how this week turns out, but disappointing the company cant even put a statement out confirmin filings.
