A couple of points:
1. Dick, you are wrong, the highest offer for LE was $125k but reduced to $100k when VB lost the Princess Cruise contract.
2. Although the most valuable piece of USXP is still available, the "White Paper" which is the foundation of RA's empire.
3. Mezz, a point of correction regarding potential outcome of the appeal. The appeals court could judge that RA and Gundy were not guilty of issuing unregistered shares and then return the securities fraud and other charges back for a jury trial.
4. Doog, you say "slander", I would say there is a conviction of RA and Gundy. So they are guilty until proven innocent at this point.
