I just talked to my broker, Bank of America Inv. Services, and all I got from them was

"well, that's really not our job. We just are supposed to put in a request.....but you can contact to transfer agent."

Who is the transfer agent?

"I don't know...I don't have that information."

Looks like MXSV is going to have to add legal fees to the shares they are going to be giving out.

I guess the lawyer really told THEM what they wanted to hear, huh!

They will give out our shares-- may be awhile though. Never heard of a retroactive condition winning out. lol
