in the 70's and eighties we were told how wonderful the swedish health care systme is/was and the death and longetivity and the birth stuff blah blah

reality in 1980 sweden was 99 percent homogenous in 4 large population areas a size the same as brooklyn covering a land area the size of the american south west

swedish docs moved to norway, populatin not homogeneous and all medically related rates not so good anymore
