the market cap is beyond artificially low, it is trading almost like a shell. I think some traders are getting headfaked by the 14 cents price tag, without taking into account the 3 million dollar market cap. at a dollar, this stock would still be trading like the company is worthless. I like your predictions, but it will take serious volume to get us to such levels quickly. if the news is right, the volume will come pouring in and there will be nothing to stop SCRA....today was a good step in getting the word around that SCRA is going to be the next HUGE penny to dollar play. all IMO GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$
