OPMX 15-12g. The only time I can remember Michael Anthony and Brian Scher filing a 15-12g so quickly after they reinstated a shell was with ECPI. ECPI became EFGU and trades for $4.00 now.

Here was their timetable for ECPI.
7/13/07 reinstated ECPI
9/19/07 changed control to Dean Bornstein
9/21/07 15-12g filed
10/26/07 name change to Empire Film Group

OPMX todays 15-12g already has a change of control new President and new address.
