If people read all those old PRs from USXP and then look at the result, they will realize that Altomare was running a pump and dump. He was printing all those unregistered shares and dumping them into the market as he pumped through the hype PRs. The money he got for them did nothing but allow him to live an extragant lifestyle. It went to highly inflated salaries for he and his wife. Bought jewelry, paid for gambling markers, chartered jets, etc. USXP as a company was doing very little business after the nearly 20 years of scamming the public out of nearly 90 million dollars through stock sales.
