Your right about Chang's history, and former CEO of former EFGO still hired him as his right hand man. I was once told that Chang was in jail in California for scaming EFGO with fake deals and the Nigerian thing. Apparently, he must be out because he was just hired over at FFGO. They must participate in that ex-con program where they get benefits for hiring ex-cons.
With Chang having such a publically bad rap, it makes you wonder what these pink sheet CEO's are thinking to keep hiring him to executive position.
