Sounds more like you read press releases with the expectation that every forward looking statement should be treated as immutable universal law.
Never mind that great big paragraph that most companies put at the bottom of their press releases about forward looking statements.
All you've proven to me, Badge714, is that you are unable to read a press release within the context given and make your own decisions successfully, and then be responsible for those decisions.
By a successful decision, I mean making a decision that is to the best of your ability given the information available that apply to that decision. The outcome is irrelevant.
With all of your complaints, you're basically claming you never had enough information to make an informed decision.
Yet all of the information you present are items that existed at the time you made your decisions. If there wasn't enough then, why did you make your decision in the direction you did? The information didn't up and disappear... why complain so willfully now?
The only REAL difference, is what you decided the outcome would be at that time, versus what you think of the current conditions now, and you don't like it.
Tough.
Suck it up and move on.
DTC... issue existed when you got into Hemi. You were glad to get into Hemi then. But you complain about it now. It hasn't changed.
The gagged TA... existed when you got into Hemi. You were glad to get into Hemi then. But you complain about it now. It hasn't changed.
And on, and on....
It's not the fact that you're dissatisfied that's the problem. It's not the fact that you've got negative opinions that is the problem. It's not the fact that you feel your expectations were not met that is the problem.
But what IS the problem is that you keep trying to screw with my investment. You keep trying to do all you can to keep me from still making a profit, just because you were apparently unable to make one for yourself.
Last time this claim was made your response was to rebutt with the fact that you have made money on this stock...
Which just brings us back to what really is your problem....
