No, not all. God has always kept a remnant in every generation who have not rejected God and have trusted in Jesus as their Messiah. But the majority have rejected their Messiah and have rebelled against their God as did their fathers in the Old Testament. Their fate is the same as that of all men -- those who reject Jesus will be rejected by Him at the final Judgement. Those who accept Him as their Lord and Savior will receive eternal life.
