Just barely. Avonex sold at a $1.82B annualized rate in 3Q07 while Copaxone sold at a $1.76B annualized rate. However, Avonex’s year-over-year growth was only 2% while Copaxone’s growth was 24%.
Copaxone will likely overtake Avonex in worldwide sales during 1Q08 if it hasn’t already done so in 4Q07.
