Good news IMO! When the issued vs OS is finally counted then it's time to get the SEC, DOJ and FBI involved. The phanthom shares will be held accountable. Alan or his third party consultants will nab them one way or the other. Remember it's his livelihood, friends and family's money and business capitol at stake.
In most shareholder's case it's only play money so who is most at risk here if this PPS doesn't move?
