It was not a problem of "honesty", and they are still working on the problem, but they have their own approaches which they think are going to be more fruitful, our parting was "an open door" if in the future their approach does not work... If they want to steal the technology, they are welcome, because in a case like that when NDA's have been executed and patents have been issued, if found out, it is straight "triple damage".
