I was just looking at some decade charts...boy, buying a 4th year of the decade low has tended to work out really really well, ie, 24, 34, 44, 54, ..., you get the idea. I never thought of it this way....so there you have it: buy the absolute low this year and it'll work out.
I'll tell you when to sell later..;>)
