They PR'd in November that the offer for $.55 per share was still on the table. That's the last we have heard. If it sat on the table that long then I am betting that it's still on the table. A bargain for a company with $3.9 billion in assets at Krong alone. IMHO.

We do not know, we only know there was one at one time. Kartix may have been stepped around or the deal could be off, we only have the PR to go by which states the offer is still good. I talked with the T?A today and he still thinks the offer is valid.
