Aurus is incorporated in Deleware, but yes their assets are in Russia. What would you sue them for party? If you are not a shareholder, then you couldn't have lost anything on this, right???

Why not start with Slava in Canada, a case against him would give you the ammo needed to get Parkin if your posts about Parkin being still in control are true. Sometimes you need to catch bait fish to land the big one.
