My wag is that AYSI crosses $2/share on 2/14 at the close in anticipation of the earnings.

The AYSI 10-K is out and confirmed Q4 earnings of $0.043/share. IMO it is still quite cheap at $1.45/share. Q1 earnings should be even stronger and are likely in the $0.05-$0.06 ballpark.

I think that some were waiting for the 10-K filing to come out before they purchased as they didn't trust the numbers in the NT filing. There is a strong chance of a buying surge tomorrow. AYSI doesn't often write PRs so I'm really hoping that they decide to PR this as I think it will really move the stock. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
