That's not true....when companies are under investigation by the SEC, they are still allowed to trade. I'd check your facts before you make statements like that.
I agree with that Poster. It appears we may have an illegal short or two still whistling Dixie. Probably more like singing Down in the Valley. lol.
Per the late November CEO interview facts combined with the deletion of the website, it would appear we're right on top of something one way or the other happening.
