wow, i'm rereading your evaluation and of restricted shares. i don't think sterling knew there were restricted shares.

so part of his/sterling 25%[original evaluation which was conservative imho] of the pdq request redue the evaluation was very much on target. now that is due to your find of restricted shares.

very good message

RE:

First of all, of the 19.8 B shares outstanding, about 7-8 billion are restricted.

Secondly, the approximate net asset value of the company and enterprise value is about $5 MM without ANY multiple given to this stock. These are my calculations based on the numbers I have seen publicly and from what I can tell based on where the company is today. This is MY calculation and should be taken for what it is worth.

In my opinion, if YNGR stock does not recognize the value of the underlying company, then management will take the company private and people will still make good money who own the stock.

Lastly, according to Manny, the company has NEVER hired a consultant, so while I invite PDQ to continue to comment because all sides are should be noted when making an investment, someone is not telling the truth.

did you see where one made a mistake selling at the market? now this is not to harm him in any way. but to show evaluation
of company worth.

if say 20-bil shares sold at $0.00001 would = only $200,000

somebody is totally off target as said in your last message.

again to show worth only:
