Hotel Diva - I stayed there in 2000, nice place. Didn't realise at the time it had such a reputation. The area (Tenderloin) supposedly has a bit of a reputation but I never had a problem. About 10 minutes walk from Moscone.
Not that it's an issue now as it's no longer streamed, but don't turn up early at Moscoane on Keynote day expecting to be able to watch it somewhere. Moscone was the one place in the world you couldn't see it unless you got into the hall.
Access to the Keynote is limited to media and those paying for a full conference package (at least $200).
