As I've said all along, it matters not whether this is a scam or a legitimate company. The fact is, there are many other forces afoot here, as you may be starting to finally realize. To be naive and blindly jump in without know whats going on, leaves you to your own demise.
This is why I've stated, once or twice I think, that even if it is legitimate, thats no guarantee that its gong to succeed publicly. These markets are sleezy and filled with vermin, which is why you should try to protect your capital as much as possible.
I'm sorry this has caused you pain, but I hope it works out well and the company can survive what's been done, for its shareholders sake.
