Can anyone please explain why gaps need to be filled. It looks like this one was headed up some and it was said that a gap around .0042 needed to be filled so it headed back down into that area. Thank you in advance.

The O/S includes this forward split already in the filings that were done and listed on pinksheets after the fact

34,462,843 issued and outstanding at December 31, 2005 per the quarterly filed then.

so, let's just say the O/S was the same when it did the f/s the pre-split O/S would have been 3.4m

Seriously, the split isn't relevant, and hence a non-isssue, not discussed. imo
