i think VCGH deserves to be trading at the same level as RICK.

Looking at the TA, all indicators are turning north, RSI, STO, TRIX. Note that the OBV, CMF, and Accumulation have been postive all these time, and Accumulation is at the highest now.

Today is the turning of the TA, and I expect VCGH to be trading at $15 in two weeks.
