Does anyone know when the lawsuit will go to court, who will hear it and what lawfirm is handling our case? Is a settlement a possibility or not? With the 10 mil, we could use 1 mil to retire about 500,000,000 shares to treasury and up we go. One issue does scare me, MB said by early 08 we will be listed on OTC, a reverse split often precedes or follows closely after a new listing, sort of like getting your ducks in a row. Has there been any talk of that by MB?
