What happened to ANSW your best of 2007? Are you still believing in LPHI? I would tend to believe LPHI will finally flow into your due diligence rationale as the recession unfolds.
My top six picks for 2008 are listed below. Expectations are from the close on 12/31 to the peak 2008 price. This post just lists some very high level DD points for each pick. Go to the link for each pick for extensive DD.
DGLY - They have had phenomenal growth which I expect to continue. I think the share price could reach $20 this year which would be roughly a triple. They have two new products that I expect to be announced in Q1. I've been doing some deeper DD on them recently and I think their product portfolio has a huge amount of room for growth. CKGT - I think CKGT could see $2 this year which would be more than a double from present levels. They earned $0.044/share last quarter. IMO they are quite undervalued as annualized earnings places their PE under 5. Earnings should grow from here. EGMI - I think EGMI could double this year as they recently raised guidance and have a record of exceeding their guidance. They are guiding for earnings of $0.09 in 2008. That gives them a forward PE of roughly 7 which IMO is quite low. More DD can be found here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?Message_id=25362040
RBCL - They made $0.029/share last quarter (fully taxed). Last quarter they had a one time charge of $134,000. Without that charge they would have made $0.033/share. After backing out that one-time charge and annualizing that number they have a PE of around 6. They have been growing revenue and have a backlog near record levels. In Q4 I think RBCL will have an EPS in the $0.028-$0.04 range. Here is more DD: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?Message_id=25684991
