The main drawback to an SPA that many companies cite is the significant amount of time required to obtain one. Nevertheless, the unusual design of the US ATryn trial would seem to make it a case where having an SPA is clearly beneficial. Thus, GTC’s decision to not seek an SPA is one decision I respectfully disagree with.
