Thanks for the chart! My internet connection is in and out.

Called the cable company and they said my line was fine... So, being the demure southern belle that I am, I turned my television volume up full blast.

Cable lady said, "your cable is fine and you DO HAVE internet and television cable service.. but I can't hear you, what is that noise?"

I said, "Oh, nuthin' just a little SNOW on my freakin' cable television!" (sound of my phone slamming down)
