re Rambusite, have you noticed that it is not up any more?

A sign that one has way too much free time is when one reads Yahoo Rambus discussion board. I was guilty. Ha. I scanned a few posts. What a zoo over there! Anyways, read the FBI thread. It will give you an idea what's happening to Rambusite. It's too bad. Jeff provided us with excellent information over the years. There's no respect over at Yahoo. They got a bunch of Yahoos (though not all) with a quarter of a brain.

As for me, calpainter will soon be off to paint a house. What luck! It'll spare me from viewing Yahoo RMBS again. Ha.

BTW, if the FBI comes calling on calbiker, I'll tell them they got the wrong door. They need to investigate a guy named Payne in Virginia.

Hey Cor,

Yeah, Jeff closed the site. Only he knows the reasons, but cost and time sound right. Add to that, the rambus.org site wants to be all things to all people and Arno was competing with legal documents, so Rambusite lost its niche. Truth is, Rambusite had much richer legal documents.

Then, there is the frustration we all experience watching a handful of supposed Rambus shareholders harrassing the FTC with phone calls, or sending emails and letters full of anger and vitriol to on-air television personalities, Judges, opposing counsel, and God only knows who else. They behave more like paid antagonists determined to damage Rambus in the eyes of decision makers and centers of influence. Maybe some are; most are simply emotionally immature.

The last straw was when a poster at Yahoo was visited by the FBI for allegedly posting a threat to a federal employee. Jeff had enough of the act.

As Calbiker said and you know, Rambusite was invaluable to Rambus investors for years, and especially during VA1. Jeff contributed his time and money without asking anything in return.

Losing Rambusite is unfortunate, but understandable. Hopefully, Jeff will continue to post on at least one of the Boards. He used to post at TMF, and he is always welcome here.

Just my opinion.
