IMO there is a reason and we will find out soon enough. I do believe it is something like... Extra work needed to be done. Something needed to be fixed. Something like that. Its R/M with a canadian company and a us shell. It just takes time and needs to be done right. I also think that after all is said and done there will be an appology letter to the share holders, but we'll see.
