Carl, it's not the first time I criticize...
the way the PR's are written... I am a stickler for Clarity of thought and expression in PR's, so that nobody is left in any doubt as to the meaning of a PR after reading it....
There is little argument that PR's have been the weakest point of SEVU so far, notwithstanding the much appreciated Willingness to communicate... If there were fewer PR's, there would also be fewer mistakes, so I guess there is a trade-off...
I would support any move to better the quality of the PR's...
