Well, we're moving to the GSCL board soon -- we're almost there. I for one will be happy to close out this forum and get all our eggs in GSCL. After that, it'll become the new GS and we're in much better hands. Hell, we'll have a board of directors involving TS as part owner, KK as a legal grunt (finally), and contracts to boot. So, we're gonna be fine -- it just gets ugly sometimes while going private. That's what we need and that's what we'll get.
Nonetheless I think the holders will be happy w/ the 50c buyout.
