Futuresjackal, I agree that investing in any company that financials are unknown or sparse is risky. I also agree however that UGSI is a great deal different in that regard, as its primary management people have a history which gives it more credibility than most smallish companies of the same sort.

One complaint though - UGSI should pull the photo on its website of the sales rep in the tropical shirt. Not very professional in my opinion.

With that said, UGSI is a gem in my opinion. As funds allow, I will continue to be a buyer at anything less than $3.00.

#3 paragragh. anybody want to take a shot at why it did NOT happen, this subject requires some discussion on the board as summer 09 came and went, but no one is talking about the move that didn't happen,surely it has crossed peoples minds that believed Andy.

From our telephone conversation, Mr. Seidel touched on 3 important things that I believe you should know -

1 - Investors in pinksheet listed companies are taking a big risk because there is NO requirement for financial transparency. This type of risk is more like gambling.

* Personally, based on the history of US Filter and those accomplishments, the presence of his team at Underground Solutions was all I needed to see in order to understand that this IS going to be a huge winner and NOT a gamble.

2 - His company, Underground Solutions, has a need for moving ahead best accomplished through the financing that was arranged through Pictet (pronounced pik tay).

, research and development expenditures, and other general corporate purposes."

*This action fully supports my thoughts regarding #1 above... now, follow the smart money!

3 - Mr. Seidel told me in response to my question about moving off the pinksheets to the big boards - We will be moving to the AMEX around June of 2009 possibly before or possibly later depending on the processing of applications by the SEC. This is not somrthing he looks forward to doing because of the attention demands of the investing public but it is going to be necessary in order to finance growth for the very long term future.

* After reading the link, do you now see that this company, bought at these levels will result a 10 fold increase in your current investment $$$???!!! Many things must happen behind the scenes but they will happen in order to stay on track with the company plans and goals.
