If it was good news, yes, if it was no news, no, if it was bad news he would have to disclose it. I just wonder if they (SUPG) are motivated to work with the compound, obviously the same management which was intact when the deal was signed is no longer there. Frankly, I think SUPG's future looks kinda grim, so naturally I am concerned about these folks sitting on this tech forever, when someone else may want to work with it....
