well he did nothing that any other president or person in high power didnt do ...but someone higher had it out for him...I believe the Federal reserve or even higher....remember in 1971 Nixon is the president who took the dollar off of the gold peg... meant alot of foreigners who were taking advantage of the fort Knox gold especially Britian probable were pissed about that........
