IPO? I thougt it was a reverse merge followed by a 1 for every 1000 split. Can you even do an IPO into a pinksheet? I thought you had to register your shares with the SEC to do an IPO.
Good points! This is a tremendous opportunity for shareholders imo. I challenge someone to show me another Chinese convenience store franchise that operates in mainland CHINA with this growth potential that I can invest in. I'll wait....lol.
