You're right Kraken, but again, we need to see what GL plans to do with the A/S. Will they dilute this baby again, or self-finance and grow the company organically.
It states that the recapitalization process will begin with 1 esprit share being issued for every 1,000 outstanding.Do people have to read the words REVERSE SPLIT before they un derstand what will happen?!The only people who will make any money on this will be those who flip between 0.0001 & 0.0003 and then have the sense to leave it alone before the R/S. Do some research on the USSE-LFZA reverse merger if you wanna know what a real R/M is all about.This is nothing but an R/S disguised as a R/M with the purpose of luring more investors in for the R/S,but the basis of pink sheet stocks has always been to issue false PR's with that intent.
