Perhaps I am not making myself totally clear here.
*edit: to assemble, alter, adapt, or rearrange*
On that post, id=256250, there are *parts* of some of my posts. These parts happen to be the first eight words of the posts. The remaining words of each post; words number nine, ten, etc., are not there.
What you are looking at are PARTS of my posts. Other PARTS of my posts are not visible.
Parts of my posts, *which had been deleted from the site*, are now *republished in altered form* on the site, parts are suddenly not deleted from the site, while other parts of my posts have remained deleted from the site.
Anyone who reads id=256250 sees a PART of one of my posts, but not the entire post.
Therefore, by definition, you (the site) have edited my post. Somebody who has never seen my post can see only part of it, and cannot see the remaining part that has been edited out by you.
I know it's the site policy that the site can edit, rearrange, and republish anything on the site - it's right there in the Terms of Service.
My point is that I personally object to having anything I write edited by you or anyone else.
That's all I wanted to point out - that I object to having my posts edited, because YOU have decided what parts are "important" and need to be published and what parts are "bad" and shall remain deleted. You can call it the 'subject' if you want, what it is in fact is an altered version of my original post that has been EDITED by you to include the first part of the post and delete everything else.
That's called "editing".
I think a better way is to either publish the entire post, or delete the entire post.
