A r/s for r/s sake is a death knell. A shareholder has to ask what do *we* get for this r/s? If the answer is "nothing" then it's just an invitation for people to sell and shorts to swoop in.
If EFGO was getting nothing and did r/s then game over. That's the big question here. Do we get something and if so what?
