Good question. It may be the case if the market has gone down a lot yet the TRIN looks benign. I have not thought about that.

Note the bigcap techs many only broke yesterday's intraday low by a bit, such as INTC. some did not break yesterday's intraday low. such as AMAT & CSCO.

but XLNX is a big down today.
